-30 sec skaters
-30 sec mountain climbers
-30 sec push ups
-30 sec sit ups



Set #2: 3 rounds
-30 seconds ground to overhead
-30 seconds burpees
-30 seconds weighted sit up
-30 seconds russian twist



Set #3: 3 rounds
1 minute goblet squat - weighted
1 minute kettlebell swings
1 minute chest to ground push ups

Well and then stretch



Stretch:
-figure 4 each side
-butterfly stretch
