I have a lovely black rubber scuba mask which I enjoy playing with. I've tried it out the ocean and on dry land, and I had a request to see what it feels like to flood the mask. I put it on in the bath and dunk my head under the water, trying to break the seal around my face a little so that the mask can flood. I splutter a little and try to blow the water out by exhaling quickly through my nose. Watch as I play around with my snorkel and mask in the bath, leaning forward so my face is under water and breathing noisily through the snorkel.
