18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

In compliance with the federal labeling and record-keeping law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75), all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on XXXFans.tube are intended to be exempt from the record-keeping requirements because:
- They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv), but may display only non-sexually explicit nudity; or
- They do not involve depictions of actual persons, but are instead computer-generated images, drawings, or similar representations; or
- They were created prior to July 3, 1995.
To the extent that any content on XXXFans.tube contains visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256, the operators of this Website are not the primary producers (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75) of such content.
Records and custodianship

XXXFans.tube may host user-submitted content. We require that all users uploading content represent and warrant that:
- All performers are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production.
- They have obtained and keep on file all model releases and age-verification records.
- The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, may be unlawful, non-compliant, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
